Student Clinic Booking Policies: 1. Zero Tolerance Policy. Inappropriate behaviour including sexual innuendo, jokes or harassment toward staff and students will not be tolerated. In the case of such an incident, the treatment will cease immediately and the client will be banned from our services and premises. 2. Booking Requirements. Clients are only permitted to book one appointment per week. If a client has multiple bookings within one week, only the first appointment of the week will be kept, and the rest will be cancelled automatically. 3. Cancellation Notice. We require at least two hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 4. Outreach and Rounds Clinic Requirements. Clients booking into these clinics must present a doctor's diagnosis note for the first visit. If a client's condition does not align with the month's topic, the instructor reserves the right to refuse service or charge the regular price ($36.75 tax included). By continuing through the booking process, you agree to adhere to the policies above.

Student Clinic Expectations

The student providing your treatment is enrolled in a 2200-hour training program. This in-depth training assures that you are in competent hands and will receive knowledgeable treatment.

Student therapists at the basic level are competent to provide basic relaxation massage and general assessment. 

Student therapists at the advanced level are competent to provide assessment and treatment for specific complaints and conditions.

Throughout your session at our clinic, you will be asked to go through a series of assessments before treatment can begin. A student mentor or clinic observer may come into the treatment room to work with the student therapist and provide insight into your treatment.
